For several years now, Haventure has been recognized as one of the international leaders in its field, with a unique track record of 100% success in its start-ups and developments

Our mission ...

… It is to foster innovation and growth by offering first-class financial and strategic services to our partner start-ups and members of the Haventure network.

Fullstim manages and coordinates financial and strategic operations, including mergers & acquisitions (M&A), fundraising, and initial public offerings (IPOs).

By collaborating with start-ups’ executive teams and external advisors (accountants, banks, law firms), we ensure the fast, efficient, and transparent execution of these processes, while meeting investors’ requirements.

Our collaboration model

Fullstim stands out by offering a unique collaboration model for the start-ups it advises, with remuneration based entirely on success, capped at 1% of the value of the financial transaction executed

Our vision

In the future, FULLSTIM aims to expand its business and network, and to provide services to other companies in the MedTech sector.

We are determined to play an active role in promoting innovation and excellence in this fast-growing field.

  • 1st product : an ENT navigation system (CE and FDA-approved)
  • Then: TKA, HTO, ACL, etc.

In total, a few hundred navigation systems were deployed in Europe and the USA. Praxim was acquired by Omni in 2008, a US-based implant company.

Major achievements:

  • More than 200 Navigation Systems sold and installed to hospitals and implant companies worldwide
  • Set up an international company from scratch
  • Portfolio of more than 10 CE and FDA approved products
  • Set-up and management of international affiliates and offices (USA, Germany, Swiss, BNL, UK).
  • Considered by experts as one of the worldwide leading company in CAMI innovations

1991–1998 Researcher at CNRS (National Center for Scientific Research)

At Grenoble Hospital :

  • Invention of pre-op CT images registration with intra-operative data surface-based for spine surgery, patented and sold to Medtronic for their Stealth spine navigation system.
  • Navigated ACL Surgery

    • Invention of “image free navigation” in 1992.

    • Solution extended to TKA in the Aesculap BBraun navigation station (Orthopilot product in 1997).

Development of software in medical image processing, with focus on algorithms for fast registration using octree-spline distance maps and octree-spline deformation grids

  • Work under management of Rick Szeliski (Principal Engineer at DEC)
  • Scientific relationships/workshops with MIT and Harvard Medical school
1989–1990 PhD researcher at Grenoble University

In the framework of his doctoral thesis in 1989, working with the Pr. Louis Alim Benabid and Pr. Philippe Cinquin, Stéphane Lavallée developed :

  • The first robot used in clinical routine worldwide to place electrodes or biopsy needles in the brain, with surgical planning on 2 intra-operative X-ray images registered with the robot space.
  • Several hundred neurosurgeries were performed.
  • This robot is the ancestor of recent neurosurgery robots.
